3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Post or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content

- You acknowledge that third-party platforms may change their APIs or policies, which may affect Service functionality
- We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts
6. TikTok Integration
When using TikTok features through Highers Social:
- You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service
- Content published to TikTok through our Service must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines
- We access TikTok data only through official TikTok APIs and within the scope of permissions you grant
- You may revoke TikTok access at any time through your TikTok account settings or through Highers Social
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Highers Social and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
